Eligibility for Nomination
- Open to any current team member at Thrive Restaurant Group who has been in a leadership role or has demonstrated leadership influence within the organization.
- Worked at Thrive for at least one year.
- The nominee should have a proven track record of leading by example and fostering the organization’s values.
Criteria for Nomination
- Cultural Embodiment
- Demonstrates a deep understanding and embodiment of Thrive's culture and values in all aspects of their work.
- Leadership Excellence
- Exhibits exceptional leadership qualities that result in high performance and positive outcomes in their area of responsibility.

- Their influence markedly improves their peers’ and colleagues’ performance and leadership capabilities.

- Shows consistent excellence in both results and leadership practices over time.
- Role Model
- Acts as a mentor and role model within the organization, guiding others through both challenges and successes.
