Eligibility for Nomination
- The nominee must currently oversee multiple restaurant units.
- Worked at Thrive for at least three years.
- Must have a proven track record of at least two years in a multi-unit leadership role.

- High levels of guest satisfaction, evidenced by Google ratings and traffic growth.
