The Founder's Award is established to recognize and honor individuals who embody the spirit of perseverance, resilience, and determination in overcoming adversity. Named in honor of Darrel and David Rolph, the co-founders of what is now known as Thrive, who lived out this legacy of perseverance throughout their early childhood and entrepreneurial pursuits in the restaurant industry. The characteristics they embodied in building Thrive now celebrate those who, through sheer will and tenacity, have picked themselves up by their bootstraps, overcoming significant hardships and challenges to succeed - personally and/or professionally.
